We’re just a few weeks away from opening our doors for our 10th season at The Back Kitchen, and we’ve got a lot to be excited about this year.
We’ve taken your feedback to heart and we’re implementing exciting changes for our 2025 season—like hiring a full-time manager/chef to run the kitchen, extending our hours, and stocking up on more local, Canadian-sourced ingredients. We're also planning to open earlier this May and keep the season going well into the fall.
